Ingredients
CONTAINS:Also contains Benzoates, Hyroxybenzoates, Saccharin, Sulfites, Sorbitol (32.8g/60mL). Products containing sorbitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.
INGREDIENTS:Active Ingredients: Each 5mL of oral liquid contains Brompheniramine Maleate 2mg, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 5mg, Dextromethorphan hydrobromide monohydrate 10mg
Instructions
DIRECTIONS:Children 6 years to under 12 years: 5mL every 4 hours as necessary. Maximum 6 doses in 24 hours.
Adults and Children 12 years and over: 10mL every 4 hours as necessary. Maximum 6 doses in 24 hours.
Do not use in children under 6 years old. Use in children aged 6 to 11 years only on the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or nurse practitioner.
Dose may be taken with water or fruit juice. A measuring cup is included with this product for accurate dose measurement.

PRODUCT WARNINGS:Ask your pharmacist about this product. WARNINGS: DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT: - In children under 6 years[br] - If you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients[br] - If you are taking or have taken in the last two weeks a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI)[br] - If you are lactating or breast feeding[br] - With other antihistamines[br] - If tamper evident cap seal is broken or missing[br][br] ASK YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE USE IF YOU:[br] - Are taking antidepressants[br] - Are taking sedatives or tranquillisers, they may increase drowsiness[br] - Have high blood pressure[br] - Have heart or thyroid diseases[br] - Have glaucoma or diabetes[br] - Have difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate gland[br] - Have breathing problems such as occurs with smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema[br] - Have a cough with excessive phlegm[br] - Are presently taking or have recently taken blood pressure medicine or sympathomimetics[br] - Are pregnant or trying to become pregnant[br] - Are taking another cough and cold medicine[br][br] CAUTION:[br] - Brompheniramine may cause drowsiness or sedation in some people. Be cautious about driving a vehicle or operating machinery within 8 hours of taking this medicine. If still affected do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery. Avoid alcohol.[br] This product may cause sleeplessness.[br] Do not take longer than a few days, unless directed by a doctor. If symptoms persist for more than 48 hours or are accompanied by fever, discontinue use and consult a doctor.[br] Do not exceed recommended dosage.
