Brauer's Arnicaeze Joint & Muscle Gel contains ingredients traditionally used in Homeopathic medicine to relieve muscle pain and soreness, reduce muscle tension, and relieve mild joint stiffness.

- Ruta graveolens: to reduce muscle cramps and symptoms of muscle strain

- Byronia alba: to relieve mild joint aches and pains as well as mild joint stiffness during exercise
