A classic French Syrah that serves its purpose tremendously. Enjoy any time in the next 10 years over dinner, with friends or as an appreciated gift for a loved one.

From the Distillery 

Comes from young vines located in the commune of Ardoix, on the heights of Sarras, 30 km north of Cornas. Production: 7-8000 bottles per year.

The harvest is 100% destemmed. After a few days of cold maceration (12°C) fermentation starts naturally. The tanks are lifted morning and evening with carbon dioxide saturation. The vinification lasts 3 weeks.

It is made for 3 months in vats then 9 months in barrels from 2 to 8 years old (no new barrels to preserve the flavors of the terroir).

The altitude, the youth of the vines and my working methods give a charming Saint Joseph, full of fruit, to drink in its youth.
