Vineyards: A single vineyard wine from Greenock on the western side of the Barossa Valley. Vines are around 30 years old, and the soil type varies from Ironstone to deep clay.

Winery: All fruit was destemmed and wild yeast fermented. Matured primarily in French oak hogsheads (300L) for 18 months. 20% New French oak and a small portion of old American oak. No fining agents were used and all Adventurous Souls wines are vegan friendly.

Tasting Notes: Very aromatic with vibrant dark cherries, blackberries, dark chocolate spiked with a bit of spice. Beautifully supple tannins compliment the dark fruit lending the wine an attractive palate. It's a plush and classic Barossa style.

Will age well for 5-7 years.

Food Pairing: Grilled or barbecued steak. Slow-cooked beef brisket or short ribs. Lamb Roast. Beef Burgers.
