COLOUR: Deep red with ruby hues.

NOSE: Dark fruits of the forest, mulberries, and cassis with hints of potpourri, nori and graphite.

PALATE: Full-bodied yet refined, the generous palate offers a core of inky berry fruits; boysenberry, blackcurrants and Satsuma plums, framed by subtle cedar and spicy oak characters. Dense and well-structured, the palate is layered with these dark fleshy fruit characteristics and ripe tannins which culminate through to a persistent Cabernet finish.

Pair with grilled or roasted lamb, steak, spaghetti bolognese, grilled vegetables and aged cheeses.
