The Hentley Farm Cabernet Sauvignon from the Barossa Valley is a noteworthy wine. Expect varietal hallmarks of sweet blackcurrant and cassis, defining this exact and desperately youthful Barossa Cabernet. It's nicely supported by high-cocoa dark chocolate oak, with a long finish enlivened by firm, grainy, young tannins.

This wine works with all varieties of red meat - grilled steak, roast pork etc, also great with roasted vegetables, especially things like capsicum, spinach and eggplant. You can never go wrong with peppercorn sauce too!
