Dark blue/black fruits, combine with brambles and blackberry compote on the nose. Full fruited flavours with plushness throughout. Blue fruits, spice and red currant leaf with cedar notes to finish.

This wine pairs well with a grilled ribeye. Slow roasted lamb shoulder. Mature cheddar or hard aged cheeses.
