The St. Huberts The Stag Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep burgundy color with a bounty of fragrant fruit aromas. On the nose and palate, ripe brambleberry, wild cherry, black plum, and lavender notes sit alongside cinnamon, clove, and vanilla spices. Rustic, rich, and round, with a plush mouthfeel and layered dark berry fruits co-mingled with notes of milk chocolate, roasted coffee, and chicory spice, finishing with a long and powerful intensity

Deep crimson with garnet hues

Aroma:
Classic notes of cassis, blackberry, and bay leaf, complemented by hints of cedar, graphite, and dark chocolate

Palate:
Medium to full-bodied with rich dark fruit flavours, a touch of earthy spice, firm yet silky tannins, and a lingering, savoury finish

Cellaring:
Drinking beautifully now but will reward careful cellaring for up to 8 10 years
