Colour: Deep garnet with medium clarity and a bright edge.

Aroma: Perfumed and inviting, with aromas of black cherry, plum, blood orange, sweet spice, floral notes, mocha, and a hint of menthol.

Palate: Full-bodied and dense, showing coiled energy. Flavours of black cherry, mulberry, plum, spices, cedar, leather, and earthy notes, supported by racy acidity and a flinty mineral echo on the long finish.

Cellaring: Ready to drink now, but will evolve beautifully through at least 2029.
