Season : This vintage resulted in cooler temperatures during the Spring and Summer Season. Humid conditions were evident during the ripening stages with light rains. There was low yielding fruit resulting in elegant flavours and good natural acidity

Wine Thoughts : This Chardonnay is 100% barrel fermented in French oak barriques. Only native yeasts were used. Flavours of white nectarine core finishing with hints of nougat and brulee characters.

Cellaring: A delicious wine to drink young for its primary fruit characters. The wine will gain complexity with cellaring of up to 5 years.
