Deep ruby colour. Lifted florals, dark fruit aromas of blackcurrant, blueberry fruit and dried herbs, are complemented by black peppercorn and Asian spice. Characterised by a dense core of blackcurrant fruit, with notes of spicy clove, black pepper, and a mineral-like acidity. The wine has a pure fruit expression and finishes with superb length and fine, detailed tannins.

This Shiraz pairs wonderfully with hearty dishes such as grilled lamb, beef stew, or barbecued ribs.
