The Hunter s Shiraz benefits from the calm reliability of low-yielding, old vineyards situated over clay loam soils in Pokolbin. The various terroirs express their differing personalities in the presentation of fruit aromas / flavours and the shape of their tannins. Combined, they fit into one another beautifully and find an easy cohesiveness.
