Brilliant clarity, pale straw with green hues.

Highly perfumed, with white florals, lemongrass, green apples and citrus vying for attention.

Bright and fresh like a fresh granny smith apple from the fridge. Lemon and lime juice in the mix as well. Palate weight and texture is balanced nicely with fruit sweetness and acidity kept in check by a mineral / talc-like line running all the way though to the finish.

Drink now or cellar for 5-10 years.

Best served with freash Coffin Bay oysters.
