Mid-straw with a bright clarity. Lifted and sophisticated aromas of grilled nuts, green melon, grapefruit pith, nectarine, white flowers, and nougat.

Full-flavoured and mouth-filling, featuring opulent stone fruit and nutty oak flavours, complemented by melon and citrus notes. The palate is structured with precise acidity, delivering tension and a long, textured, and creamy finish.

For optimal enjoyment, decant the wine for 30 minutes before serving at a temperature of 10-12 C. This allows the wine to fully express its complex aromas and flavours. It will pair well with seafood such as seared scallops, lobster or white fish. It also compliments poultry and soft cheeses very well.
