Hand Picked and spontaneously fermented in small vats with varying amounts s of whole bunch clusters and whole berry. Ferments are hand plunged twice a day for gentle tannin extraction. The 2023 Vue Du Nord is comprised of 5 clones (777, 114, 115, MV6 and D5V12) and 25 individual ferments kept separate dependent on row orientation and clone and blended post maturation.

The medium weighted palate is loaded with bright red fruit before hints of clove and allspice arrive with well-balanced acidity. The wine is wrapped up in supple tannins that showcase the deft touch of French oak influence. A lovely sipping wine that will demand another glass.

Pair with grilled or roasted meats, mushroom dishes, soft cheeses and charcuterie.
