A bold and brooding Shiraz from the red earth of Heathcote.

This cool-climate Shiraz is all dark fruit and spice think plum, mulberry and black cherry on the nose, with layers of blackberry, blood plum, blueberry and a hit of white pepper on the palate. French oak brings lift and structure, while the tannins finish smooth and elegant.

Big flavours call for bold pairings. Think slow-cooked lamb shoulder, a juicy ribeye, or chargrilled eggplant with tahini and herbs.
