Inspired by his penchant for Bordeaux, winemaker Daniel Wilson employs traditional techniques and selected yeast strains when making this delicious wine.

The clay soils of Polish Hill River produce medium to full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with an abundance of structure that sits comfortably within a framework of quality French Oak.

In the vein of so many Bordeaux wines it's built for the long haul, but many will still appreciate the raw power of youth.

Pair with grilled meats, hearty stews as well as hard cheeses.
