Appearance: Intense ruby in colour with complex aromas of cherry, liquorice, and mocha. Fresh and rounded taste with silky tannins, subtle toasty notes, and a long, balanced finish.

It is recommended to decant for 1-2 hours before serving at 16-18 C. This wine pairs well with mature cheeses, roast duck and other roasted red meats.

There is also the potential to cellar this wine for 10-15 years.
