Made from a blend of vineyard across the Vouvray region, this is a wine of friendships made over the years. It offers refined aromas ripe lemon, green apples, cinnamon spices and a hint of pear. There's some subtle yeast and toast from the time spent resting on lees, and the texture of the wines benefits from this as well. Refreshing yet serious.

This gorgeous sparkler from Kilikanoon really hits the spot when delivering freshness and biting acidity, making it a seriously food-friendly fizzy wine for dinner party perfection. Fresh and raw seafood is never a bad idea with this wine, and it lends itself beautifully to breaded and deep fried meats, fish, and vegetables too. Loaded fries - the dirtier the better! - are a good shout, as are buffalo wings, gooey French cheeses, and desserts featuring grapes or berries of any kind. Yum!
