Pale straw yellow. Aromatic notes of brown limes, lemon curd and florals, secondary notes toast and marmalade. Aging helps produce a fuller & richer palate showing citrus characters, toast, honey, fruit sweetness, slate and mineral nuances with a long lingering finish driven by balanced mouth-watering acidity.

Polish Hill River Riesling is very aromatic and displays intense notes of lime, white florals, green apple with nauces of wet river pebbles and slate.

Pure and fresh, the palate has fresh cut lime along with citrus zest. Wet slate and green apple again features strongly. Driven by a racy natural acidity and linear minerality giving a long, lingering clean finish.
