Neil Paulett was the 109th Winemaker to proudly graduate from Adelaide University s Roseworthy College. Now with over 50 years of winemaking experience these years of knowledge are captured in this exceptional riesling. Showcasing what Pauletts do best and celebrating and highlighting the regional and varietal characteristics.

COLOUR | Pale green straw.

AROMA | Very aromatic, highlighted by intense lime citrus, jasmine and orange blossom. Hints of lemon sherbet and granny smith apple.

PALATE | Intense but delicate brown lime, kaffir lime and green apple flavours with underlying minerality and wet slate nuances. Seemless structure with a racy acidity line, that leads to a long clean balanced finish.
