Our classic Billi Billi Pinot Gris captures the intense flavour profile and acid structure that is reflective of our cool climate. The result is an aromatic wine, with a varietal core, textural depth and fine acidity now with a fresh new look.

COLOUR - Clear, pale straw with a golden hue.

NOSE - Gooseberry, green pear and quince supported by subtle tropical notes and rockmelon.

PALATE - Yellow grapefruit with zesty acidity and a dry, chalky finish.
