Brilliant appearance, pale straw with green hues. Classic lifted Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc aromas. Lemon/lime, gooseberry, pine needles, green mango and passion fruit with a distinctive grassy edge. Intensely flavoured, pristine fruit with a clean and zippy palate. Fresh fruit flavours of lemon, passionfruit and pineapple. The palate is long and lingering with a tight acidic backbone and clean dry finish.

The crisp, citrus flavours of our Semillon Sauvignon Blanc make it the perfect choice for an aperitif or paired with sashimi, oysters or your favourite seafood dish. It also pairs well with goat's cheese, spring vegetables and Thai green curry.
