Grapefruit, poached green apple with cinnamon, a cool mint, and floral perfume. It s tight, and citrussy, with tangy acidity and a nutty distinctly saline/briny character, fine powdery texture, and a bright and zesty finish of excellent length. Offers the classic Tonic style, but with the quiet intensity and fine lines of Yarra Chardonnay.

Enjoy this wine with fresh white fish or fresh shellfish (oysters with a splash of lemon juice are a big tick), and grilled prawns with a fresh citrus sauce will also be a winner too. Vietnamese-style chicken salad is also a great pairing if you're feeling something more substantial too.
