Intense lifted and unfurling aromas of lemon curd, red apple, elderflower, sage leaf and caraway seed with savoury elements of wet stones and struck match. This amplified counterpoint to our single-vineyard Estate Chardonnay balances an integrated line of natural acidity with ample varietal expression showcasing quince, honeysuckle and saline characters. The understated persistent flavours marry with subtle oak, integrated phenolic grip, buttered creaminess and a biscuity texture through the long finish.

Chardonnay is going to go well with butter or nutty flavours. When it comes to seafood it will pair well with seafood dishes based on shellfish like crab, lobster, shrimp, and mussels. You'll also find that it pairs very well with flaky white fish like halibut.
