Straw green in the glass, this wine presents with a pretty and poised bouquet resplendent with lifted aromas of jasmine, lantana, wet slate, lime cordial, green apple and honeydew melon. Rich flavours of lemon pulp, finger lime and cumquat form a vigorous citrus intensity on the palate which is complemented by a pure, linear acidity. Sea spray combines with a talcy minerality carrying freshness through to the back palate where it resolves into a dry, lingering finish. Showcasing crispness and vibrancy this wine presents as much younger than its vintage suggests, ensuring a long and rewarding evolution in bottle yet to come.
