A brilliant exceptionally pale straw colour with youthful green tinges on release. Aromas of intense floral and citrus notes with some hints of passionfruit enhanced by an underlying spicy lift can be found on the nose.
A seamless palate, initial flavours of grapefruit and pear, leading to a sherbet mid-palate of passion fruit and spice, finishes with a long, classic mouth-watering citrus acidity.
The fine structure is testament to the care taken during the production.

This wine pairs well with pork, shellfish, poultry, cured meats, appetizers and snacks.
