A classic intensely citrus nose supported by spicier toasty barrel notes. The palate exhibits pithy lemons and limes leading to a softer, more textured mid palate and a long finish of spice and crisp citrus acidity.br The wine will improve with careful cellaring over a ten-year period.

This wine goes well with pork, shellfish, poultry, cured meats, appetizers and snacks.
