Elegant and refined, this exemplifies the calibre of Tasmanian sparkling. Deep salmon in colour, it has blissful strawberry and fresh fruit aromas leading to red berry flavours and a well-balanced, creamy texture. This sparkling will do any occasion justice.

Serve with burgers, wings and tapas like traditional flamenquines (fried crumbed pork with ham) and gambas al aioli (prawns in garlic and chilli oil). Sparkling Ros has a particular affinity with charcuterie (cured and smoked meats), duck and pork.
