Finely structured tannins frame this medium bodied, generous wine, with loads of spice and a full basket of fruit flavours. Our Billi Billi Shiraz is sourced from a selection of premium cool climate vineyards throughout Victoria; including a portion from the Mount Langi Ghiran vineyards, home of the iconic Langi Shiraz.

COLOUR - Bright, medium garnet.

NOSE - Red and black berries, underpinned by floral notes and hints of spice.

PALATE - The aromas carry to the palate, with bright red plums and spice adding depth to the delicate berry fruits, framed by soft tannins.

Pair with steak, barbeque ribs, mushroom risotto or an aged cheddar cheese.
