The Quantum blend highlights the individual personalities of each varietal in Beringer s vineyards, creating a wine with balance, structure and exceptional flavour. The nose features aromas of black fruits and preserves that are accented by notes of herb, oak spice and dried fruits. The palate is rich and expressive, round and full in the mouth with evident tannins that will lead to continued development as the wine ages. Savoury and chewy upon entry, it s enjoyable now but will cellar well for 10 to 15 years.
