This is a traditional Hunter Valley style Shiraz. Black berry fruits with fresh spices and hints of mocha carry seamlessly from the nose to the palate which is layered with velvet tannins and delicate spicy oak.

This wine pairs well with steakhouse onions and mushrooms in the red wine sauce.
