Semi translucent dark red core with black shaded edges and a light yet vibrant red hue. Perfumed like aromas of violets, rose petals, ripe red cherries and strawberries blossom out of the glass followed by anise, subtle forest floor and spicy cedar. Supplely textured and light in body the palate features red cherry and strawberry fruits over infusions of fresh herbs, forest floor and spicy cedar characters. Good energy with polished tannins finishing fresh, elegant and red fruited.

This wine pairs well with butterflied lamb or chargrilled steak.
