This is a red wine blend of Grenache 62%/Shiraz 25%/Mourv dre 13%. Family and wine are amongst Geoff s great loves, this wine is the perfect balance of these. Saint Nic is a rich and spicy blend named after his bright and affable only son. On the aroma, there's dark cherry, bright raspberry, violets, spice and some meaty, savoury notes. The pal-ate is wonderfully flavoursome and balanced with fine subtle tannins, generous fruit and good length. Aeration, or time in the glass allows the fruit to further open up and reveal its full splendour.

Drink with pork dumplings, lamb Koftas, Tacos, lamb yiros and BBQ sausages.
