We wanted to make a red wine with a light body and structure, but with aromatic complexity and elegance. The wine evolves in the glass at every sip. Light and bright ruby, this wine evolves in a big spectrum of aromas when poured in the glass. Initially raspberry and violets, followed by candied apples. It ends with a leafy finish that converts in earthy and mushroom notes. On the palate displays a light body, lively acidity, and delicate velvety tannins. A balanced mixture of red fruits and herbs.

We made this wine to be drunk young and fresh. We suggest drinking this wine from now to 3-4 years maximum.

Cabernet Franc is also amazing with baby back ribs, beef fajitas, pulled pork sandwiches, roasted chicken, lamb gyros, corned beef, Philly cheesesteak, and deluxe pizza topped with sausage, bacon, black olives, green bell peppers, pepperoni and mushrooms.
