The Barossa Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon is our modern interpretation of this classic Australian style. Rich and generous flavours of Shiraz combine with the elegance of Cabernet Sauvignon.

The wine opens with fresh, bright aromas of dark red plums, anise, cherries and brooding dark chocolate, balanced with fine red currant and cedar aromas of Cabernet Sauvignon. The palate is rich, fleshy and generous, yet soft and supple. These rich flavours linger throughout a long, delicious finish.

Food Pairing - Enjoy with crumbed pork cutlets, minted potato and a chickpea salad or grilled broccoli and corn with green olive and white bean salsa.
