The nose shows mulberry and blackberry fruit with a violet and black tea fragrance. The palate is bright and full bodied with succulent tannins and great concentration of dark-berried fruit, bitter chocolate, spiced plum and blueberry. An exciting release from a superb vintage, showing great concentration and length.

Serving suggestion - A classic dish for a classic wine - try with a scotch fillet steak served laden with pepper sauce and all the usual trimmings.
