Signature Gin

Ten botanicals including traditional juniper, coriander, cardamom, local fresh lime & mandarin are distributed across six botanical baskets & macerated for up to two days in our signature cane spirit.

Red Citrus gin

Riverland Cara navels & blood oranges are harvested fresh for this distinctive gin. Balanced with juniper, pepper berry, coriander, cinnamon, myrtle, chamomile & strawberry gum. The botanicals are distributed across six botanical baskets & slow steeped in our sugarcane spirit for up to two days.

Violet Gin

Pure, smooth Australian sugarcane spirit is distilled with traditional juniper & Australian native botanicals lemon myrtle, cinnamon myrtle, pepper berry, finger lime & wattle seed. Butterfly pea flowers are stepped in the liquid for 18 hours to bestow their natural blue tint. This is sensitive to pH & transforms to ultraviolet with added acidity such as tonic or lemon.
