Bio island milk calcium bone care also contains vitamin D3 which supports calcium absorption. With added vitamin K2, which maintains bone density and supports bone health. Our easy to use soft gel capsules, may be chewed or swallowed whole.

Directions

Adolescents 12-18 Years: Take 2-3 capsules daily.

Adults 19-50 Years: Take 2 capsules daily.

Adults 51+ Years: Take 2-3 capsules daily.

Pregnant and breastfeeding women: Take 2-3 capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Please take with meal. If symptoms persist, consult your health professional. Capsules may be chewed or swallowed. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
