By positioning the motor away from the rangehood body, the associated noise is greatly reduced. The motor can be mounted inside your bulkhead or roof cavity or on an external wall of your home. If you initially chose your Di Lusso rangehood with a conventional internal motor, you have the choice in the future to convert your rangehood into a external motor rangehood.* By purchasing an external motor body, you can keep the rangehood design you love, but take away the noise you hate. * available on Q series models only.
