Mud House Single Vineyard Claim 431 Central Otago Pinot Noir 2022 is a refined cool-climate Pinot Noir sourced from the Claim 431 vineyard in the Bendigo sub-region of Central Otago. The vineyard’s free-draining loam soils over schist gravel, combined with significant day–night temperature variation, help develop excellent fruit concentration while maintaining the bright acidity that defines great Central Otago Pinot Noir.A portion of the wine was matured in French oak barriques while the balance was aged in stainless steel, preserving purity of fruit while adding subtle complexity.
