Harvested at night to preserve purity and freshness, the fruit was gently crushed and swiftly separated from skins to retain delicate aromas. The result is a wine with a very pale straw hue and a light green tinge, showcasing crisp citrus notes of lemon, lime, and kiwifruit that carry through a tingly, refreshing finish.
