Medical Vita Diet high casein MILK solids mix: (Skim Milk Powder, Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk, Soy)), Sucrose, Cocoa Powder 4.5%, Fibre (Polydextrose), Minerals: (Magnesium Phosphate, Ferrous Fumarate, Zinc Sulphate, Potassium Iodide), Flavour, Vegetable Gum (415), Vitamins: (Vitamin C, niacin, Vitamin E, Riboflavin, Pyridoxine, Thiamin, Vitamin A, Folic Acid, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12).

Simply mix one sachet with 200-250mls of chilled water in a Vita Diet shaker and shake thoroughly.
