Pentavite® Multivitamin Infant Liquid contains a combination of 7 vitamins to assist with the healthy growth and development of infants and children from 0 up to 3 years.

Each 0.45 mL dose contains:Retinol palmitate equiv. to retinol (Vitamin A): 390 microgram REThiamine hydrochloride equiv. to thiamine (Vitamin B1): 540 microgramRiboflavin sodium phosphate equiv. to riboflavin (Vitamin B2): 810 microgram Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3): 7.1 mgPyridoxine hydrochloride equiv. to pyridoxine (Vitamin B6): 111 microgramAscorbic acid (Vitamin C): 42.8 mgColecalciferol (Vitamin D3): 10.1 microgram

Administer dose via syringe provided directly into infant's mouth or add to a teaspoon of milk or fruit juice. Rinse syringe when finished and allow to dry.

Do not shake. Use within 9 weeks of opening. Do not use if seal around cap is broken or missing.

Contains saccharin sodium.
