It does not oxidise and prevents corrosion. No more wondering how to carryit, or wash it without damaging it! ; How did we choose the plastics for ourcooking sets?: Polyamide (cutlery), polypropylene (plate, handle) and Tritan(lid) were chosen because they are lightweight and very resistant to heat (atleast 100°C), knocks and distortion. Be careful not to place the plastic partsin direct contact with a flame. ; How best to use your cooking set?: Ourcooking sets are compatible with all types of fires (wood, gas, induction,etc.). The saucepan has a patented 2-part folding handle that locks the lidduring transport. The lid fits the saucepan, heats food faster and also servesas a strainer.
