Adults & children over 2 years: 2 sprays per nostril every 2-3 hours as required or as directed by a healthcare professional.
* Gently blow or wipe nose before use.
* Prime the pump before use by depressing it a few times.
* Keeping the head upright, insert the nozzle into the nostril.
* Depress the pump while inhaling deeply.
* Repeat in other nostril.
* Do not tip the head back while spraying.
* Wipe the nozzle clean after each use.
