• Boswellia serrata sap resin Extract dry concentrate 10 mg/g
• Equivalent: Boswellia serrata (Fresh) 100 mg/g
• Calendula officinalis flower Extract liquid 17.5 mg/g
• Equivalent: Calendula officinalis (Dry) 1.75 mg/g
• Hypericum perforatum flower Extract liquid 17.5 mg/g
• Equivalent: Hypericum perforatum (Dry) 1.75 mg/g
• Melaleuca alternifolia leaf Oil essential 7 mg/g
• menthol 25 mg/g
• Nigella sativa seed Oil fixed at 50 mg/g

Apply 2 -5g of fisiocrem joint ease gel 2 - 3 times a day to the affected area.
