Hound and stag Brewing Bermuda Palms Lager, 375ml Can, ABV 5.3%

This beer has a clean and smooth grain body with subtle cracker notes. Citrus orange blossom, mandarin and earthy hop aromatics are present. Light-medium body is smooth and refreshing on the palate.

Hound and stag Brewing New World NEIPA, 375ml Can, ABV 7.5%

Intense hop aroma with fruity notes like stone fruit, tropical fruit, and citrus. Clean malt background with a light bready sweetness. Smooth and well-balanced!

Hound and stag Brewing Hoptimist American Pale Ale, 375ml Can, ABV 4.7%

Using new world hops and classic malt bill, there are hits of Mango, peach and piney resin which is great on the nose. Malt is classic APA style with smooth and bready graininess. The hops bring a moderate bitterness that is resinous and lingering.

Hound and stag Brewing Red Baron Berliner Weisse, 375ml Can, ABV 4.1%

Rich and tart raspberry aroma blends with soft sweet bread dough and wheat. The body is a light garnet with a soft pink head and spritzy on the palate. This recipe was created for my wife Vonnie, it’s a must try!

Hound and stag Brewing Straighty 180 Sessionable Lager, 375ml Can, ABV 3.5%

This beer has a light and grainy malt flavour with cracker and subtle honey notes. Gentle pear aromatics blend with earthy hops. Light body with a dry finish. Crisp, clean traditional lager!

Hound and stag Brewing Punchin Hazy Mid, 375ml Can, ABV 3.5%

Mango and peach aromatics blend with a moderate hop bitterness. Slightly tart herbal and spice flavours linger. Spritzy carbonation and a light mouthfeel is lively and refreshing. You would never know this was a light beer and perfect for the dezo!

Shorty is the big brother to the Punchin’, smoother, suave and is a full-strength Pacific Ale by comparison. Sporting a deeper haze and smoother aroma of mango and passionfruit. Malt is light and white bread grainy with a lingering bitterness on the palate.

Hazer Beam is a full strength hazy pale ale that is out of this world! The light and golden body is crested with a white, long lasting head. Smooth malt is blended with oats to give the palate a well rounded experience. Piney resin, passionfruit and citrus will make you want to ‘phone home’…and tell them all about it.

This beer is a solid edition to the OCIPA lineup! Orange and pineapple aromatics bounce out of the glass with a touch of mango. The malt is smooth with oats and wheat, finished with a creamy sweetness. Appropriately bitter finish with hints of tangello and mango.
