Hyperwave Fluctuation Technology and Parallexx Airflow both help to retain the enzymes in the food via low food temperature with high air temperature, and even distribution of heat without needing to rotate the trays during the dehydration process.

2 Time / 2 Temperature

Each zone has this feature which automatically sets up a hotter temperature for a short period of time, followed by a cooler temperature for the remainder of the drying time resulting in faster dehydration.

Front mounted digital display

The fully digital, front mounted display means it can be stored and easily accessed under a bench or in a cupboard. The 99 hour timer provides the ability to easily fine tune temperatures and dehydrating times in an easy to read display, providing ample time for any recipe.

Double glass doors

The clear, double armoured glass doors have a stylish modern look, are exceptionally durable and allow you to view the dehydrating process without interrupting the drying process.
